A plea for help.

For 11 years, i struggle with High Blood Pressure, and finally i was told i  was Borderline Diabetic. I said no and began to fight back. Iam offering my testimony in CD form,in hope that it may help others. 1-4 American suffer with High Blood Pressure, or with Diabetes, or Heart Disease. These 3 Killers are connected. So many people i meet  are so uneducated about there Health. So iam asking you to help me push High Blood Pressure Awareness, High Blood Sugar Awareness.
