Know your Blood Pressure

In October 1997  I was told by my Doctor that I was Borderline High Blood Pressure. It did not  mean a thing to me I just kept on eating and drinking alcohol.. I knew nothing about High Blood Pressure Well on November 15, 1998 my world came crashing down around my head.

At that time I weighed 329lbs, I passed out in my bath room, by the time I reached the Hospital  My Blood Pressure was up to 250/100. God was not ready for me that day.I feel as if I was spared to help others. You may not have High Blood Pressure, but I bet you know someone that has it.

High Blood Pressure Is no joke, if neglected it can Kill you.
