13 years ago i was sick i could barely rase my head, i was fighting to regain my health. Yeasterday i had my pre Thanksgiving checkup, my Blood Pressure was 127/ 74, and i have lost over 100lbs, God i have come a long ways, in 13 years. To all i say relax today and give thanks for being alive. Remember many were with you last thanksgiving, that are not with you today.

My Anniversary.
Well this Tuesday November 15,2011 will be 13 years since i passed out in my Bathroom with a Blood Pressure of 250. With Gods helping hand i survived that day, and i have made it another 13 years. Today i am eating right and exercising every day. This Blog is for all of you who may be struggling with weight gain, high blood pressure,and diabetes.
