It took me 63 years to learn the difference between Eating to live and living to eat. As the saying go you are what you eat For a lifetime i always eat food that was harmful to my health. Well now i know its not how much you eat, its what you eat. From 1965 thru June,09, i was always dieting and Exerciseing, I would lose a few pounds, then gain them back and more. After June 09, when at last i got control of my health, the weight started to fall off. Now i have the will, and the no how to keep the weight off and my Blood Pressure down.
