I have met alot of people who say that they Exercise all the time and can not lose a pound. Your Diet is preventing you from loing weight. What matter is not how much you eat its what you eat. A main reason you can not lose Weight is Sugar. The Body do not need extra Sugar, Because the food you eat turns into Sugar. Extra sugar Lays in your Stomach and turns into Fat.The bottom line is you cut out Sugar, Salt, and Fat and you will loe Weight.
