By now all of you know what causes High Blood Pressure, and High Blood Sugar. The problem is that alot of us do not have the Education on these Killers, We do not fully understand what they do to our Health. I meet People all the time who do not know the symptoms of High Blood Pressure and sugar.Some people think that ounce you are put on Meds, that thats a License to keep up bad habits.
