My Reason for forming this Blog is that 1-4 people suffer from High Blood Pressure, or Diabetes, or Heart Disease. Thease 3 Killers are link togeather, so i call them the three sisters of disease. For 11 years High Blood Pressure, had me on my knees, and i had reach the front door of Diabetes. Since turning my life around in 2010, I only want to help others, thru my testimony. My agenda in life is to help others thru education, to help themselfs. So i wrote a Book on High Blood pressure awarness, and High Blood Sugar. Which i am offering at a low price to help you.
Helping others is my passion. I could never help anyone until i could help myself.
